What types of fabrics do you specialize in?
We curate a collection of timeless, high-quality fabrics for the serious creator. Our focus is on natural fibers and luxurious blends, including premium Cottons (like Lawn, Poplin, Sateen, Corduroy, and Voile), opulent Silks (including Burnouts, Prints, and Tie Fabrics), and special occasion materials featuring Lurex and Lamé. We cater to projects demanding beauty, substance, and artisanal detail.
How are your fabrics sourced and handled?
Every fabric is meticulously sourced and treated with the utmost care. Upon your order, each piece is personally inspected, measured, and hand-rolled. We use protective wrapping and sturdy packaging to ensure delicate textures, intricate embroideries, and luminous finishes arrive at your studio in pristine, resalable condition.
Do you offer fabric samples or swatches?
We are currently developing a sample program to allow you to feel the hand and see the true color of our fabrics before committing to larger cuts. Please contact [email protected] to inquire about sample availability for specific lines.

Ordering, Payment & Accounts

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout. All transactions are processed through encrypted, secure gateways.
Can I create an account to track my orders?
Currently, our checkout process is streamlined for guest orders. However, you will receive detailed tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. We are working on a dedicated account system for our loyal customers to view order history and save preferences.

Global Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship, and what are the delivery timelines?
We proudly serve a global community of creators, shipping worldwide* with two tailored options:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Ideal for projects with a defined timeline. Handled by DHL or FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after a 1-2 business day processing period. Best for heavier materials like Wool Suiting or time-sensitive projects.

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50 USD): A complimentary service via EMS for the planning connoisseur. Delivery in 15-25 business days after processing. Perfect for stocking studio essentials like Cotton Poplin or exploring our Printed collections.

*We are unable to ship to some remote regions and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints. Availability will be confirmed at checkout.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number as soon as your carefully packaged order leaves our studio. You can use this number to follow its journey directly with the carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS).
My order is taking longer than estimated. What should I do?
While we provide reliable timelines, international transit can occasionally face delays beyond our control. First, please use your tracking number for the most current status. If the tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the delay is significant, please contact us at [email protected] and we will personally investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns & Satisfaction

What is your return policy?
Your complete satisfaction is paramount. If a fabric does not meet your expectations for your specific project, you may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original protective packaging, and in resalable condition.
How do I start a return?

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. For a different fabric or color, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return for the original item following the process above.
