  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact. Fabrics must be in their full, uncut length.

  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Return shipping costs are not covered by Fabrics And Fabrics Store.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. We will notify you via email once this inspection is complete.

Refunds & Credits

Upon successful inspection of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days of our receipt and approval of the return.
  • Amount: The refund will be for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any duties or taxes incurred on international orders are also non-refundable.

Note: Our menu features specialty items like Lamé Fabric, Lurex, and Silk Burnouts, which are delicate and require careful handling. Please inspect these materials immediately upon receipt, as they are subject to the same return conditions.

International Returns

As a global purveyor, we accept returns from most countries we ship to (excluding select remote regions). Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Completing any required customs documentation, marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.
  • Ensuring the return package reaches our facility. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
