  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions & RMA Number: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Do not ship returns without an RMA.
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your packing slip or a note with your Order Number and RMA Number inside the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided in your instructions. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our facility. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

Refunds, Credits & Exchanges

Refunds

  • Timing: Upon successful inspection, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days.
  • Amount: The refund covers the cost of the returned item(s) only. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Any duties or taxes on international orders are also non-refundable.

Exchanges

For approved exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment.

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Cut or Custom-Cut Fabrics: Any fabric that has been cut, trimmed, or altered from its original sold length.
  • Clearance or Specially Marked Sale Items: Items purchased as final sale.
  • Damaged Items Due to Customer Handling: Fabric with stains, tears, or damage not present at the time of original shipment.

Special Note on Delicate Fabrics: Our collection includes specialty materials such as Lamé Fabric, Lurex, Rayon & Lurex blends, Silk & Lurex, and delicate Silk Burnouts. These fabrics require careful handling. Please inspect them immediately upon receipt, as they are subject to the same stringent return conditions (unused and uncut).

International Returns

As a global purveyor, we accept returns from most countries we ship to. International customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
  • Completing any required customs documentation, marking the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties.
  • Ensuring the return package reaches our facility. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.
